| Through caricature art, we can
create laughter, emotion, and surprise to spread happiness throughout
society.
In order to fulfill our philosophy, we are guided by the three following
tenets: technique, service, and entertainment.

| TECHNIQUE |
Central West maintains a high level
of quality control among all of its artists. Aside from monthly reviews
and bi-monthly technical courses, the artists also attend seminars
worldwide to improve their craft. For each of the new artists, there
is a one to three month interim period before they join our staff.
We do our best to maintain this consistent high level of quality for
our valued customers.

| SERVICE |
We strive to please our customers.
Our primary goal is to provide an enjoyable experience in a comfortable
environment. Smiles are contagious, and it is our goal to eternalize
them in ink!

We believe that behind every face is
a new surprise waiting to reveal itself. By incorporating exaggeration
and humor into our cutting edge designs, we will try our best to ensure
