Caricature Japan Shibuya Shop!
This past February, we at Caricature Japan finalized our five-year plan to take us into the future as we continue to pioneer new directions for the company. One area which has always been on our radar is Shibuya. Shibuya has long been the trendsetting region and exudes an amazing energy that spreads throughout Japan. The name "428110" was conceived by using the Japanese phonetic sounds for Shi-bu-ya (4-2-8), as well as 110, which is the next consecutive digit after 109 (a popular mall in Shibuya and a subculture of its own). It is our dream that we can combine the exaggerated fashions of Shibuya with the exaggerated caricatures of our artists in hopes of creating smiles to spread far beyond its borders.
